Trusting Jesus is where we find out the depth and reliability of Jesus' character and promises. It means taking a risk on our part, and through that risk seeing the faithfulness of God first hand. Jesus speaks to us, and we can trust Him.
Blessings in Jesus are rewards for obedience. Some blessings are internal-building confidence and hope. Other blessings are the expressions of love given to us by our Father in heaven when we have trusted and obeyed His Son. We are blessed to be a blessing to others.
